1. Damaged Items

Ceramics are fragile. If your item arrives broken, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the damage.

We will send you a free replacement once confirmed—no need to return the broken item.

2. Returns & Refunds

If you no longer want the item, you may return it unused, in original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund.

3. Notes

  • Please check your package promptly upon delivery
  • Returns/exchanges are not available for used, damaged or non-resalable items
