1. Orders & Payment
After you submit an order, we will arrange shipment within 48 hours upon payment confirmation.
All product prices are as shown at checkout, excluding shipping fees and applicable taxes.
You may cancel your order before the item is shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Ceramics are fragile. We use professional shockproof packaging to protect your items during transit.
Delivery times are subject to the courier’s actual service. We will keep you updated on tracking information.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos/videos. We will send a free replacement at no cost—no need to return the broken item.
3. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and resalable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items damaged by misuse, used items, items without original packaging, or requests beyond the 30-day after-sales period.
4. Product Information
Ceramics are handcrafted or semi-handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, color, or size are normal and not considered defects.
We strive to display accurate product details on our website. Please review the description carefully before placing your order.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
We are not liable for delays or order failures caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), but we will do our best to assist with solutions.
These terms are a commercial service agreement and do not constitute legal advice. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation.
