3. Order Tracking

  • We will send you the tracking number promptly after shipment, so you can check your package status at any time.
  • If your package is not updated for a long time or shows an exception, please contact our customer service for assistance.

4. Issue Resolution

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos/videos, and we will send a free replacement at no cost.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the related re-delivery fees.
